Very disappointed....We have used Wirral Fuels for a long time but today rang as usual, for a price of heating oil and quoted the boilerjuice price of £728 and was first offered £767 for a 1000 litres which then came down to £744. I decided to ring other suppliers and was quoted £713 by Quad Oils straight off....I hate profiteering and no acknowledgment of being a loyal customer these days. Shop around.... It may only be £30 to Wirral fuels but when the price is so ridiculously high it makes all the difference.

Really poor batch of wood - I suspect it’s not been aged / dried long enough due to high demand. Every fire is an absolute pain to light and larger items don’t burn without a coal bed underneath. Really disappointed

Not only did Wirral Fuels price match but they rerouted a driver to deliver before lunchtime so my heating engineer could come out and get things running again! Absolutely thrilled with their service. We moved house in February, had no oil whatsoever and a 5 week old baby. Wirral fuels said they would prioritise us and try get to us within the next few days. 7 am the next morning the tank was filled! Couldn’t fault them.
