In April I bought a pair of Wires glasses. In June an arm broke off. After a delay the frame was replaced. Two months later the same thing happened this time I've had no answer to many emails and the number listed for the shop is u obtainable. The products fine and I would like to support the company ,but the back up is seemingly nonexistent.
