    Winton Library is a much loved and used resource. The staff there are so helpful and obliging. They are also really enthusiastic about helping community projects. For example, this morning BH9 Business Community had its first clear up of the Library's sunken garden. Rosie and her team provided hot refreshments and water, and made their toilet facilities available to us. FANTASTIC!
