Had a viewing today (Saturday) and this was after I said it was hard for me to do in the week due to work, so they went out of their way to get me a weekend viewing. The nice young lady who showed me around was very polite and knowledgeable and a joy to speak to. Would highly recommend 10/10

I’ve never received this level of excellent service from any other estate agent before. My house was sold within the week. I received a phone call everyday in the initial stages with updates then weekly as we waited for the solicitors to conclude everything. Nothing was too much trouble and support was given all the way through. They looked after the whole chain…even those in the chain that didn’t sell though them. Would highly recommend Winterbrooks. Julian who is the manager has implemented throughout the branch a unique and impressive way of working and uses an exemplary code of conduct Would never use anyone else again for a property move.

We have just completed the sale of my mother-in-law's property in Cholsey. From the outset, on first approaching Winterbrook, Julian and all his Staff have not only conducted themselves with high standards of efficiency and professionalism, but have also gone out of their way to be as helpful as possible, especially when I had a few issues with a third part solicitor involved. They reassured us and kept both us and the buyers up to date with the developments, all with a smile. The Staff obviously enjoy their work together with being part of a local family run Estate Agent - they have been working with Julian for many tears - for me, this speaks volumes ! The quality of the "marketing" of the property was first class and we had over 10 viewings within the first 2 weeks. By the third week, we had a buyer, whose offer exceeded the asking price. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would urge you to consider them if proposing to sell, buy or rent in the local area. They are very knowledgeable and realistic having been established selling and renting properties for many years - their expertise is second to none.
