Receptionists don’t even ask what it is regarding to see if it’s urgent, told to go to a hospital. They don’t do appointments in advance either. No sense of care.

Unfortunately the whole of the NHS is on its knees and every service is under extreme pressure. I have never had a problem with getting an appointment as you can book online within a couple of days. If urgent again never had an issue. All clinicians are extremely kind and helpful. Winstree has had its problems but have turned it around with loyal staff who want to make a difference

The most absolutely useless GP surgery I’ve every known. I’ve lived in the area for 4 years and have only managed to get an appointment once. This morning I called 19 times to get in a queue of 30 to then once the call was answered the receptionist just hung up without a word said. Not sure on the doctors but how the practice is managed is a disgrace to the NHS.

Absolute disgrace of a surgery, reception staff are pure ignorant and rude and not very resourceful at all! so hard to get an appointment and when you do there is just no help. Neglectful, careless staff. This practice needs a visit from CQC for the inadequate care given to patients and moronic attitude of their reception staff.

Total waste of time. Nearly impossible to get through on the phone. Feels like you’re playing drs appointment roulette at 8 o’clock everyday. To anyone wondering why A&E is so over run this is the reason why. GP surgeries have been getting away with offering a subpar service for far too long.

The lack of empathy at this practice is shocking! The receptionist with the dark hair is the worst receptionist i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The care for patients is null and void. Can't get an appointment for a child who has been in pain for 5weeks and all they say call at 8am to book one on the day and 8.15 all the appointments are gone! Pathetic service!!!

You can only get an appointment on the day by spending ages in a call que you are not allowed to make an appointment for the next day/next week. If you get through and all the appointments have been taken then you are not allowed to make an appointment for the next day. You have to ring back the following day and spend all morning in a que....So effectively it is a lottery to whether you can ever get appointment. What is the point of this it is creating huge stress for patients and I expect staff too? Why don't you let patients make an appointment for the next day? Utterly ridiculous and to my mind has been deliberately done like this to make bookings impossible. Third world healthcare!

Always such a battle to speak to someone. The reception staff come across as they hate what they do and everyone they speak to. Just getting a repeat prescription issued is the hardest thing in the world and is often easier to just go without the medication!! It shouldn't be this difficult to gain medical help in this country

Had a appointment with a nurse that didn't move from her chair and then a paramedic that cut me off from a phone call
