Yesterday we visited Pramworld after being recommended for the range of prams to try out and it did not disappoint! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful in particular Roxanne whom to our surprise had only worked there for 4 weeks! She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and made the hole experience a joy. Thank you for all your help and advice we will definitely be recommending and retuning.

Went to Winstanleys today with my daughter-in-law with every intention of purchasing a new pram/ pushchair after reading all the good reviews, only to be very disappointed with the whole experience. We entered the store no one acknowledged us, we walked around the store 3 times and no one asked if we needed any help or even made eye contact with us. So we decided to leave and just as we opened the door a member of staff said bye. We very very very disappointed with the lack of interest from your staff, we went to Premier Baby & as soon as we entered we were greeted by a lovely lady with a lovely smile, we then proceeded into shop & was asked if she could help and so we've purchased a beautiful pram/ pushchair at half the cost, but with fantastic customer service.

I visited the store on new years eve and was assisted by ( I want to say Sarah but I apologise if that’s wrong - blonde hair said she only worked weekends - I’m going to blame baby brain for forgetting her name) and she demonstrated various travel systems including the car seats. I was due to go back into store but couldn’t make it on the weekend so ordered my mamas and papas Ocarro travel system in Walnut with Cybex seat online. Everything arrived within 1 week. We have opened all the boxes and checked everything and it’s all perfect! The lady made it so much easier for us as first time parents! I would highly recommend!

Cannot recommend highly enough! Placed an order late in the day. Received notification of dispatch and tracking information the following day and the travel system was delivered the day after in perfect condition. One of the clips had a slight manufacturing defect, emailed customer service and spoke to Mia who resolved the issue quickly and effeciently. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again.

Amazing customer service provided . I was served by a lady called Bobby who was so helpful and knowledgeable. She showed me a wide range of Prams explained the differences of each one . This made me feel at ease as this is all new to me. I would definitely Recommend this shop if you are looking for pram / pushchair due to the extensive range and great customer services . They really helped me decide which pram is right for me and not just based on looks. Thank you Sent from my iPhone

Drove 30 miles to this store after looking at the website that says they display hundreds of travel systems in their shop, there were no prices on items in the store and they were all high end items, absolutely no selection for different budgets at all! Not everybody wants to spend thousands on a travel system. Not only that, there were 3 staff on, all stood behind the counter talking and playing on their phones the whole time we were there, nobody asked us what we were looking for or if we needed any help with anything, all we got was a hello from one staff member when we walked in, one of them even stood and watched us struggle to figure out how to fold a stroller from the other end of the shop before we finally gave up! Not even a goodbye when we left, how this business remains open and making any money is beyond me.

We visited Stoke branch today and were served by Harriett. She was brilliant and provided fantastic demonstration of prams we were interested in. Harriett was very knowledgable and helped us narrow it down to the pram that was perfect for us. Fantastic service, plenty of choice, knowledgable and lovely staff. Overall great experience, couldn’t fault it. Would definitely recommend.
