From the first time I met Andrew and his team I new that it was the right choice I've made, Andrew was nonjudgemental, considerate and sympathetic to me, he went over fully what my options were and how much, there was no hard sell or pressure, after a couple of days I called and opted for fully retained upper and lower dentures,after x rays,scans and impressions it was time for the operation, I was looked after by the team whilst I took medication for nerves then Andrew took over, nearly 5 hours of work carried out totally pain free and plenty of reassuring words to say everything is fine and you doing well, the 3 months healing went fine and no problems or pain, the day of fitting my retained dentures was just as pain free,and Andrew went above and beyond to make sure that everything was fine and correct Having walked into winning smiles and being treated with utter care, dedication and professionalism is testament to Andrew and all his team, I can't thank you enough for all you have done for me .

Five stars service! No less! I still remember the first I came across a review of Dr Andrew Fennell ,the implantologist, at Winning Smiles, it was 4 am and i had spent all night unable , yet again, to sleep searching for the right dentist.. Then I came across a review of a lady who was similar to me in every aspect, her age , gum problems, deemed unsuitable treatment by unsympathetic & badly trained dentists who was basically considered : Not suitable for implants !! But she was fortunate to discover Andrew who preformed a miracle no less! I was elated as you can imagine , couldn't sleep waiting for the surgery to open so I can telephone, even though I have already emailed my inquiry. First I spoke to the Manager, Denise who arranged for me an appointment also was very helpful with advice about getting there (2 trains ,1 tube, abus and walk -2 hours to reach door to door ) but believe me it's all been worth it ! I can't compliment Denise and her reception team enough, always proffessional and friendly, the hygienists Ms Sayer and Ms Reed , the quality of the dental hygiene treatment they provided was superb, Dr Wood whom I had the pleasure to meet first , they took great care to provide an amazing standard of proffessional care to ensure the health of my teeth and gums are prepared for what I The Miracle worker , Andrew Fennell, he took the challenge and did made sure my smile is back ! Thank you so much Andrew for your for restoring my smile and my faith ! I have a very positive experience and i consider myself fortunate to be in tge safe hands of tbis Amazing team of professionals. Thank you x

I have an underlaying medical condition and terrible gums. I had been told that I wouldn’t qualify to get implants due to gum disease and that i would need loads of attention before i started to think of any implants, making it extremely expensive. My sister was seeing the guys at Winning Smiles and informed me of their open evening event. Straight away they told me that these issues didn’t exclude me from getting treatment and i saw the implantologist that first evening. After consultation and in depth scans we discussed my options. I am now the proud owner of a set of teeth i can show off. The process has not pain free obviously but i was expecting worse and the staff where so helpful and accommodating with my issues. The process has taken about 6 months overall and i am so so pleased with the outcome.
