Went for a quick bite to eat. Not been there for a long time, but remembered as very good! Today it was very busy, however, we didn’t expect to wait over 45 minutes for our order of 2 bacon sandwiches to arrive. We drank our tea and coffee and then I asked at the till how long our order would be, as we were getting tight on time. The lady said she would go and check. Ten minutes later she had not come back to us so we decided we would pay for the drinks and cancel the order! It was discovered that someone sitting outside had accepted our order! As an ex hotel manager, I find this very unacceptable. Why do they not have table numbers for orders??
