Bought a Skoda Octavia VRS and picked it up on May 1st. Contacted Lee on the 16th May who sold me the car and told him that it sounded like the front offside speaker was blown. I'm not saying that the garage did it, but the bass had been turned down to mask the issue. Lee told me that he had told the front desk and they would contact me. I waited a week and contacted them and they denied that Lee had spoken to them. The date they gave me to investigate the issue was19th June and that was with no courtesy car. I live in Bristol and said that i would wait at the garage but the woman I spoke to said she wouldn't recommend that. In the end I booked the car in elsewhere. I have never had such poor after sales service and would never buy from them again.

On the face of it they have great customer service..then you scratch the surface... they have no idea how their own software works, think that because you've connected to a home WiFi connection that the lte stops working (nonsense), they read from scripts rather than trying to address actual concerns , won't take any responsibility if you didn't buy from their specific franchise and won't comment on "corporate" process? All a cop out really, still have no idea why I can only get 40kwh maximum into a 58 kwh battery (enyaq iv60). Oh and they didn't clean the car ( which was on the job sheet) Edited for reply: What more do I need to say? Completely ignored my reasons for bringing the car in and again trying to use the supplying retailer as a Scape goat for lack of ability in answering my queries. You're supposed to represent Skoda as a brand.

I honestly can't fault the customer service I received. There was no hard selling so I didn't feel pressured or uneasy. Alex B was very informative and patient. When I voiced some of my concerns he reassured me that the car would undergo an MOT and service, and they would make sure the car is in top condition before I drove it away. It was such a smooth and easy purchase; I've never experienced such service, and I would highly recommend this retailer to friends and family.
