For cottage rentals, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, which is non-refundable. If a guest cancels their reservation less than 30 days before their arrival date, they will be charged the full rental amount. Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will receive a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.

How often do you clean and maintain the holiday home?

We clean and maintain our holiday homes before and after every guest stay. We also perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure that everything is in good working order for our guests.
