This is the worst service I've received from an agency ever. Called to arrange a viewing, they said they would send a confirmation email which they never did. I called back twice to check if the viewing was confirmed and they said yes. When we showed up to the place, there was no one there, we waited for around 15 minutes and nothing, we called and no one would answer. Completely unacceptable and disrespectful.

RENTERS, BEWARE. Be very wary of this specific agency. We entered a dispute around our deposit (rented property) and provided evidence that contradicted their claims. However, they continued to dismiss them until the process went to independent review, where all of our claims were proved correct. Complete time wasters and con artists. Also extremely rude throughout the whole process with 0 empathy. Update: 31/01/2023 After leaving this review, an employee from Winkworth reached out to us to understand more. Although what happened previously cannot be undone, I have to say the follow up process was refreshing. Francesca took the time to listen and properly acknowledged what we said - which is all we were seeking in the first place. It didn’t feel like lip service, the conversation was genuine and down to earth and it was very much appreciated by me and my fellow tenants
