As a landlord in the student market, back end of summer 2020 I had four properties unlet. I know conditions were difficult due to the virus, but my instinct told me my then agents were not focused on the job and I was heading for voids. So I took the initiative to meet with Stephen Tarrant and appointed Winkworth. With little time available to them they pulled out the stops and let all four properties. They give sound, well considered and researched advice. They are market savvy, look forward, anticipate developments and do everything they can to support their clients. As a franchised operation they are fully personally invested and committed to the business but benefit from the well researched technical and legal backup provided by Winkworth HQ. The entire team have been prompt, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Their fees are competitive, cost effective and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very respectful team, gave plenty of notice for viewing, lined up several viewings per day over a few days and we were under offer within 5 days and completed with 10 weeks. They also did their due diligence to ensure all people in the chain were in strong positions to exchange and complete to ensure they chain was as robust as possible. Would highly recommend.
