The policy of asking money to be paid for an 8 month old baby, was very ridiculous. Sending staff to keep monitoring if the baby was being mouth fed by the mother… This place is not a BABY-FRIENDLY place at all…SAD… How can a manager not be able to de-escalate issues, rather than attempting to proof a point, with policies that are non-existent. If someone would spend £100+ on feeding at your place, what is £2.90 that could not be paid… Even my visitors felt so embarrassed…VERY DISAPPOINTED Kid-friendliness: Very unwelcoming environment for babies, with ridiculous policy…Asking £2.90 to be paid for an 8 month old baby…RIDICULOUS

Having heard conflicting reports about wings. I was a little unsure, but, after having been myself I have to say I was blown away by the sheer choice of food. You would think that a buffet on this scale wouldn't be high quality, but you would be wrong. All the food was tasty, and I tasted near enough everything. Definitely going again next time I'm in Hull. Just try and stop me. This is a great place to eat

First visit since before the pandemic, but it still seemed pretty much the same. We went early, so it was relatively quiet, and all the food was fresh and hot. Was getting very busy as we left with mainly teenagers. Wheelchair accessibility: Not easily accessible.

It’s clean and wide space. The food is good but not excellent. They have multinationality cuisine and a lot of deserts. The price is fair. You can eat as much as you want but don’t waste.
