AVOID. Bought a unit early January. Like every other review says, delivery was promised in 3 days but wasn't shipped until 7 weeks later. The unit was not compatible when it arrived and I notified them after having my car checked at my own expense and was told to return it. I returned it 31 days after it arrived and they sent the item back to me with no explanation. After emailing and waiting for a response, I had to return it within 30 days for a refund. Apparently the 12 months warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on because I'm now left with a £70 mirror glass that doesn't work and the returns manager just seems keen on giving "computer says no" responses. Spoken to Citizens Advice, will no doubt end up going further with this company. Wish I'd read the reviews first! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Do not order from them. Three months later and no wing mirror or refund. Disgusting staff behaviour and managers promise call backs but ignore you. I am raising a case with trading standards and would suggest you all do to. The more cases there are then the quicker we can get this fraudulent business closed down.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered 2 car parts with expected delivery dates of 7 working days, both took over 2 months to arrive and one the parts turned up wrong. I then had to return the item and wait another month for the replacement only for it to turn up wrong again so I am now stuck with an incorrect part nearly 5 months down the line. 0 compensation or urgency to help, be lucky to get a reply within a week or two. Avoid.

I didn't actually think there was a company this bad in business. I ordered a wing mirror on the 8th January. - it said 3-5 business days delivery, giving me about 2 ½ weeks before my M.O.T. They said it was in stock. Rang Multiple times to confirm my order and that it would be arriving, at first, it was in stock, then it had to be ordered in, then it was being delivered and I'm still waiting. Utterly embarrassing. Hope they go out of business soon. Tramps. Also Furthermore They lied about re imbursing me my money, The woman on the phone said there was a notice of credit on my account and it was returned to my account, total lies. Deceit. If a small rocket was to accidentally fall from the the sky and hit them, it would be a pleasure to watch.

Unfortunately poor service. I ordered a lamp 3 weeks ago, and after multiple calls I was told it had been despatched, but in reality it was not even in stock. The support line was helpful, and even they were told incorrect information. Can’t recommend at all.
