If anyone is considering staying in this place and you're non-caucasian, AVOID it like a rash! Madison and her two "henchman" DO NOT LIKE non-caucasians. My child stays there and is being racially profiled by Madison and her two new henchmen, as well as the admin team. Not the place to stay; if you or your child want to stay in a safe and peaceful environment, which would enable them to focus on their studies. Instead, this place will fabricate allegations, profile and refuse to investigate or accept any wrong doing, bor will they provide any undeniable evidence against you or your child, yet; they are quick to throw their T&C's at you (which the admin tema do not seem to have grasped). They bullie the seemingly quiet students and will do everything they can to try and get away with it. Avoid at all cost! There are nicer and cheaper student accommodations that are closer to the university.

I’ve been staying here for a couple of months now and I’m thoroughly impressed with the place. I thought I would add how convenient it was that there were trolleys available to move my things in on moving day. The rooms are spacious, practical and I love the fact that the TV and TV license are included. The kitchen equipment works brilliantly and I like the amount of storage available. The club lounge and communal areas are beautifully furnished and provide areas to work and socialise. The washing facilities are brilliant too and are free to use whenever necessary. There are two washing machines and two dryers on each level so availability can be tricky but I tend to find that doing my washing early in the morning works best. I cannot fault the gym facilities. I love the fact that I can workout in the mornings and then shower in the comfort of the same place. The place is fresh and absolutely spotless (including the gym) which is ideal in terms of covid. Individuals are asked to clean down the equipment in the gym too which is great. The staff are lovely and are always willing to help if there is a problem. From my experience, security is not a problem and I feel safe here. The only downside is that I wish the sink was a bit bigger.

From someone that actually stayed here: Rooms are exceptional, a huge bargain for what you’re expecting to pay here. Day and night guards ( Chris/Kobe ) are mostly friendly, maintenance man was really nice as well. The owner is also quite flexible and happy to accommodate. Just don’t get me started with the office manager Emma, the only reason why many decided to not return to the property. Tried to find any reason without proper logical cause to hold deposit when people leaves. Tried claiming 30£ for dust and small food debrises (dried pasta). I’m not one to leave a place dirty before moving out and never once had an issue with deposits. After seeing the amount of people here on the same page, it’s good to know there the problem here is not us but the office manager ;) let’s not forget to mention the amount of rude emails
