In October last year Sifu Steve Rose was one of the instructors who assisted at our gradings for Caterham I.a.w. Steve is is very knowledgeable instructor and put us through our paces to say the least,he was always there to assist if a bit of help was needed during the grading and it was a tough but thoroughly enjoyable experience and a lot was learnt too.
