I called to ask whether they have an item in stock, was told they won't be able to do a stock check and I'll have to go to store to find out whether the item is in stock. I live over 9 miles away from the company. I asked whether a member of staff can simply check whether the item is in stock and was told no despite me letting her know the distance I will be traveling from. This is poor customer service.
