Checked website before visiting the shop. The item I chose was definitely in stock. Went several miles out of my way to buy it. Not only did they not have it in stock, but turns out they don't actually stock it! Staff didn't seem overly bothered either. Might be better to ring and confirm stock before next visit?

Needed a replacement tent. Good selection up for display. Had one in mind but after speaking with Chris who was absolutely excellent, he found me a much more suitable one, spent time explaining all the features and gave plenty of tips and information. To top it off it was actually cheaper than what I had intended to buy. Top work Chris, thanks very much. Will be back.
