Unfortunately I have had to seek advice from various specialists due to my current health. I would highly recommend this hospital. The staff are very nice, polite and generally really helpful, unlike other hospitals and surgeries. I would also highly recommend Dr Wakerley. Out of approximately 20 other appointments I have had with other doctors in the past 3 months, I felt Dr Wakerley provided me with a high quality of service. As an example, he was the only doctor to actually ask if ‘I was happy with the advice he had provided’.

A wonderful stress free experience! Cataract surgery performed by Mr Ferris who was informative, kind & answered all my questions. The Winfield staff were lovely & caring. I was very anxious but they put me at ease from start to finish. I am due my second cataract procedure in a month & I have no anxiety going forward now, & that is down to all the staff involved in my care at the Winfield Hospital. Thank you x

This parking issue seems to have been on for a while. Just annoyed I didn’t check out the reviews before. How’s one supposed to know about entering the reg at reception if they weren’t told. Not handing out £100 fines in this economy. Edit.. So I reached out as per my initial review response and I must admit the issue was professionally handled and resolved without me paying any fine. First mistake was not ensuring patients awareness with regards the registration at reception, next one could’ve been not reaching out to find a resolution before paying the charge, one I’m glad I didn’t make.

Appalling service, they have rebooked my consultation three times each time adding two further months on. Subsequently a consultation that should have been held in June is now apparently in November. If that ever happens.
