TERRIBLE! Worst shopping experience I have ever had. Ordered wine in Nov 2022 and still not received anything (now May 2023). Have tried contacting them for a refund and no reply via email. They don’t even answer the phones. Have had to raise a claim with my bank to get my money back. DO NO BUY FROM THESE CROOKS AND THIEVES! I am not the only one. Doing some digging the company is in severe debt and has overdue taxes to the HMRC. Their company status also comes up as Liquidated even though they are still training. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!

Ordered wine in August 2022, never arrived and was told for months it was just ‘delayed getting to them’ so finally requested a refund in October and then got nothing. No responses to emails and calls went to voicemail. Assuming this is a fraudulent site.
