    Awful company to deal with, original order placed in Aug'22 and still not received, order value over £2k, been chasing refund however no reply to any emails or telephone calls. Avoid at all costs, will take your money and not deliver your order. Will be proceeding with legal case.

    We ordered in Feb 2022 via 2 separate orders. The first took ages to arrive, but did eventually arrive and we were pleased with the quality. The second never arrived at all, even after 12 months! Never waited that long for something but we’d planned our wine cellar around it and so were VERY VERY patient. Only when we chased did we get updates / excuses, but still no wine racks. Eventually we cancelled and asked for a refund which never followed. Excuse given that they’d had difficulty refunding to PayPal, but even when bank details given, still no refund… have to go down legal route now! Unacceptable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

    Do not touch this company! I placed an order in March 22 and when there was still no sign of it in arriving in May 22 I requested a refund which I still have not received. The company are now completely ignoring my e mails. I wish I had done more research on the company before as it would seem this is how they operate.
