Threatened to pour hot water on me from the first floor window for waiting for someone outside. I had payed for an overpriced item (a bong) from there the day before and was staying in the hotel next door Edit: I do not drink alcohol. The Hylton isn't closed at all 🤣 you sure you're not drink? They certainly do make threats and I have no reason to create a "fake" review being that I'm from Newcastle and work in housing, not overpriced booze shops
