    Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. They are very responsive until something goes wrong and then they avoid all contact. They delivered my gift 2 months prior to the selected delivery date, after about 10 attempts to contact them I finally received a response offering to collect the gift and redeliver it even though it had already been opened by the recipient?! I would not recommend this company solely due to the evasive customer service. I will not be using them again.
