    Poor communication, pathetic internal organisation and no empathy whatsoever regarding any issue raised. Used for 5 years, never had an issue, one of their employees messed up - I'm stuck footing the bill for their mistake. AVOID.

    Not impressed and an example of how a merger can go wrong with existing clients. Response times have dropped and for me as a customer moving from Keen IT to Windsor Telecom I feel like the service levels have fallen through the floor. Does this new company offer SLAs? What is the actual turn around time for answering issues? We are on the hunt for new remote IT services - shame because when they guys were Keen IT there was a more personalised service.

    I've always believed to run a business you need every detail on point ! Great customer service , image and a fair price structure . I had a number with a different company for over Ten years .. I informed them of my relocation and that I required a new Smart number , you would think they would help ! No .. utter Rubbish numbers and at expensive prices and no customer service ! I came across Windsor Telecom .. wow a breath of fresh air ...Finty couldn't do enough she sourced an amazing number for great price ..and has done exactly what was required of them .. Well done Windors Telecom.. credit were credits due .

    Been with Windsor for over 10 years - I can't praise the product or the service over that time enough. To get an 0800 number...and all the other services included, for a few quid a month, along with, in my case anyway, a first class customer service (most recently from Finty at Windsor). I've just purchased a second 0800 for an associated business. I genuinely can't praise highly enough. FK, Star Morthages, Edinburgh

    Very poor service. I would not recommend this company. They say one thing and do another. When things are not right they don’t have the guts to talk to customers and just ignore them. I was lied to during the sales process. During the contract no problems with the service but don’t expect any form of help when things are not right. Better and more reliable suppliers out there.

    They tie you into 12 month contracts and then do not help. There are ample of companies that offer the same voip services at lower prices and 30 day rolling contracts. Make sure you shop around!
