Luke (Service Manager) in particular has always been a great source of help, advice and support and has 'bent-over-backwards' to accommodate us, ensuring that engineers are provided - and work is completed - within very reasonable timeframes. I have a great relationship with WMH our company uses them on almost a daily basis. they have a great team of Management, Admin and Engineers. The portal is very easy to navigate and if stuck a quick email or phone call issues will be resolved immediately. Engineers are great onsite they will follow all site rules sign in & out everyday and are very polite. WMH will respond to emergency call outs with a rapid response also and help wherever they can. Cheers Guys great team.
