Just because somewhere is old doesn’t mean to say it has be dirty. The level of cleanliness around the jacuzzi area was horrendous. There was rubbish on the floor, including a toilet roll in one of the cubicles next to the jacuzzis. When I complained to Reception on the way out the lady claimed she did not know where this was. There was an abandoned swimming nappy by the pool side showers. The female and disabled toilets in the changing rooms were closed. Shame because the leisure pool area had lots of fun things to do.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Absolutely poor time keeping, extremely disorganised, and when one wants to cancel they don’t honour the cancellation terms. Please save your money and stress and go elsewhere. For those that join, don’t say I didn’t warn you!!!
