I came to Elliot after being massively delayed by the bank, only to be told they will not lend agter 7 months. I was completely panicked and thought this meant I won't be able to purchase my first home...especially with rates going up. Elliot managed to reassure me that not only would he get me a mortgage, but he would do so in good time! And so he did!!! He spoke to all parties involved, myself, the estate agents, the lender and even my solicitor. No matter the issue, he was on hand and ready to help. I got my mortgage offer in roughly a month post valuation, despite the lender saying it would be longer. Elliot continually chased and stayed in contact throughout. He was quick and thorough. Update: 6 months later and I'm thrilled. Will 100% be using these guys when my partner is ready for his first time purchase and any other property we purchase. Thanks again Elliot & Co.
