I have ordered from Windsor Flowers several times over the past 6 months. With one exception the orders have all been of high quality and delivered on time. Unfortunately my Valentine's order was only half fulfilled, but they were very responsive to the issue and organised a replacement delivery with a complimentary box of chocolates to make up for their error. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.
