Lead by a aggressive bully who is rude and threatening. Believes he can run the unit whilst working from home. Nurses act live divas. All the nursing staff are big headed bitter and twisted

Very dirty. Nurses are always very stressed. Run around like headless chicken. The leadership is not bothered even if you put in a complaint. They do not record incidents as they are not doing their diligence. And doctors don't believe you when you tell them about these incidents like patient collapsed or had seizures, or lost consciousness during and after dialysis. The doctors just don't bother as the nurses have.not recorded incidents. They keep you waiting even if they have a solution because they are not organised. Toilets .... if you use them you will surely get infections. It's filthy. Don't use them. Rooms are filled with dirty sheets on the floor, beds don't have linen as they have run out of them. Blood splatters on the walls , floors, and even on the table from previous patients . Bound to get more infections there which is shocking as all patients there are vulnerable and with low immunities . They really need to make that place better.

Windsor dialysis unit I would not recommend they are under staffed and at times I have had to clean my own bed before starting dialysis. The nurses do not listn to any problems and resolve them and some not all of the staff are rude and can't be bothered im dread walking in there 3 times a week for treatment
