Wow what an amazing team of people at the Endoscopy department this morning. At every point of contact the team was kind, gentle and friendly! They even sang Happy Birthday to me! I definitely felt safe and looked after. Absolutely the right people for the job .... every single one of them! Thank you.

Incredible people, amazing service. I was so nervous about having an endoscopy and every staff member we met were so lovely and made me feel relaxed. The nurse even held my hand during it. I can’t thank everyone enough. Rosie Hogg

I've never had such a bad experience in seeing a Dr! She kept looking at her watch. My problem was so upsetting, I ŵas crying all the way though 😢. Didn't have time to finish everything I wanted to ask, even though I waited 7 bloody weeks to try and get some help! NO CHANCE! THIS PRACTICE IS A MESS. AND I WILL BE MOVING AND PUTTING IN A COMPLAINT

I can’t begin to describe how much I dread having to call this place, and with a chronic health condition unfortunately I don’t have much choice. I have been ‘caller number one’ for 45 minutes now. The management and communication in the practice is shocking. The amount of bad experiences I have had in this place will not fit into this one review. I’m surprised the place is still standing. Would give it minus 5 stars if I could.

They insist that you call at 8.30am on the day you want an appointment, rather than make one in advance. When you call, expect to spend 40+ mins on hold (they used to have a callback service but seem to have got rid of it), and sometimes all the appointments have gone by the time you get through. Arriving at the surgery for an appointment, the automated check-in service doesn't with and so you need to join a long queue (literally stretched all the way across the large waiting room as I type) to speak to the receptionist, resulting in missing your appointment time. The auto check-in machine includes a QR code to enable you to check in using your phone, but both times I've tried that, the website has told me I'm too far from the surgery to check in, despite standing in the waiting room. The staff are all great if you can finally get to see someone, but what an appallingly managed place.
