    All I wanted was a 15mm frame extender. Other shops only sold 20mm or more. Howdens couldn't give me a price and said "we only sell to trade." I'm not trade, I just try to fix/replace what I think is within my ability, why should it prevent me buying stuff? Welcomed as I parked, I walked inside and was warmly greeted. I'd called beforehand, another pleasant experience, I was shown the extender and was able to get exactly the length required. They showed me lots of other stuff they sold glazing, fascia, guttering, and even rubber roofing. Then came the invoice, I was charged half what I had paid at a well known DIY store for a shorter length of 20mm extender. To say I was a happy customer is an understatement and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, I'll be back soon.

    Eddie and Diego are absolutely amazing guys, they both go above and beyond each time you go to them, nothing is ever too much bother, they are just outstanding. We had rear french doors from the guys here and they are amazing, no more draft, looks great and fitted with ease. We had a front door fitted by another company, within a few months it had stress fractures and wasn't fit for purpose, so after such a good experience with Eddie we got a price, was really happy and got a new front door also from him and it's night and say, it works as it should, is great quality, was fitted with ease and we are so happy, we just wish we found him sooner as we would now, never go anywhere else. True gents, we are very happy customers and cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for us.
