I have a window that broke through heat. We were not at home at the time. I was informed that I had thrown a golf ball at it. My husband and I do not play golf nor do we play golf on the house. Seeing it's the internal window as broken. Also I was informed on the phone I had not responded to an email I had received which I had and had proof no apologies given, even though I proved a worker wrong. I also found out the company's insurance is not the logo on my receipt it was stopped in 2019 the year before I had my double glazing replaced. I have contacted Citzens advice also Fensa. I do not have the strength of going through the courts and Windows plus know this due to my cancer treatment.

From quotation to fitting the team has been fantastic. The fitters were very profesdional and tidy workers. I would highly recommend Windows Plus. Awful service. I have a lantern supplied by Window Plus. It cracked in the heat. I have the order and job number on the receipt as proof but they have not kept a record of the dimension of the lantern. Then I had weeks of calls with them. They provided a contact who refused to come out to measure the dimension for replacement. It has been almost 2 months and so far the problem has not resolved.

Absolutely awful company!!! A fitter Refused to wear a mask in my home. They did not cover up areas to protect my property. After spending nearly £5000 they damaged my new sink. I battled with this cowboy company to replace the sink, they would only offer £100, and refused to pay for the sink to be replaced. The Service manager Gary possibly the Owner visited my home and he was very rude and aggressive towards me and refused to leave my home when I asked him to go, he did not like me questioned why they will not replace my sink, he demanded I pay…what a bully! If I was a male, he would have thought twice about his behaviour. I recorded the incident and have proof of his behaviour and witness. I complained to the company who failed to deal with my complaint and they supported his behaviour in my home. Also, they refused to pass on my complaint to the director or give his details to me for contact. They demanded full payment and threatening legal action even though they caused damage. Women out there beware go elsewhere!!! The company aftersales service was terrible, the stress that they caused me was unnecessary and I was close to taking legal action.
