Throughout the buying process I had excellent service from Laura helping me choose the best product to suit my needs. Together with superb service on installation. Fitters Scott and Wayne arrived on time, they were friendly, professional and provided excellent customer service at all times. They stayed focused on getting the job completed whilst, clearly taking pride in their workmanship. Both of them demonstrated attention to detail in the finish, constantly checking in with me and my wishes. In addition to the fantastic service the products are of high quality. Very pleased with the decision to go with Windows Etc. We had 8 windows, including a bay, plus the front door replaced and the whole process was professionally handled by the office team as well as Scott and Wayne (our fitters), who did a brilliant job. Scott in particular showed pride in his work and did his upmost to ensure the finish was to a high standard and the inevitable damage to plaster and rendering was kept to an absolute minimum. I highly recommend this company.

Hello Mr Soloman, During last week your ace team namely Lee and Alan carried out the installation of replacement double gazed windows 3 dormers with fanlights and 15 windows plus fanlights to a "sun room" over a period of two and a half days or so at our property. I want you to know that my wife and I are absolutely delighted with the results - the two of them were totally professional, knew exactly what they were doing, were careful in all their work, left no mess or damage and are in short an absolute credit to your company and it was a delight for us to have real experts doing such a fine job with which we are more than pleased.
