Matthew from Windowfix is exactly what I want when I need a tradesman. Gave me a realistic quote up front and turned up when he said he would. Nice, friendly chap, and seemed to genuinely want to help get me out of the fix I was in, which he did. He didn’t have the exact lock replacement required, due to its age, but instead of just ordering something in and leaving me waiting for it, he managed to reuse some pieces and replace others. In about an hour’s time my house was fully secure again, and all at a very reasonable price and in line with the original quote. Highly recommended. Thanks Mathew.

Mathew from Windowfix replaced the glass double glazing units in two of our windows. He initially came to discuss our requirements and quote. We accepted the quote and he ordered the glass and came to fit it quickly. He was very polite, did a fantastic job and we were very pleased with the result.
