I seriously cannot believe that this company has repeatedly failed to contact us about quotes and progress to start work on our windows. They built our conservatory a number of years ago but just don't seem in the slightest bit bothered about any customer care now. We have even gone with a more expensive company given the ineptitude of windowcraft. Seriously angry

I contacted this company and they promised to ring to make an appointment on several occasion. they never did get back to me or the tenant needing the work done. Totally useless in my experience and would not recommend them.

Do not use! We waited months for our two windows to be replaced, with us constantly chasing them for an update. The wrong window was ordered, and the fitter felt it was acceptable to blame someone in the office for this. He later blamed his boss for the incorrect order. When the glass was finally fitted, one was perfect, the other however was fitted incorrectly and is letting in a draft, where we can hear the wind (this did not happen before). They are refusing to rectify this without being paid for it. Their excuse for this is that the wind changed direction. We are less than impressed.
