After the postie was overambitious and broke the outer flap of my letterbox, the sharks who originally supplied my door wanted to charge me £75 just to look at the damage. Fortunately for me, Darren sent his delightful son Freddie out to me and he measured and fitted the door for a lovely new letterbox. The entire job cost a mere £55. Exceptional service - and not a cowboy (or shark) in sight! It is really great to be able to support a solid, local business.
