Having had to wait almost eight months for the installation, once fitted there were leaks in 3 bottom corners and the roof, they returned to fix the leak in the roof but the lower leaks I had to resolve myself as they did not return to site having paid for everything.

I purchased a large sliding door (Visioglide plus) and matching window (Slide 2000) from Windo Wise Trade. The salesman Matt was very knowledgeable and patient with my layman queries. We had a slight hiccup in the glass fitting which Window Wise resolved very quickly. Their turnaround time for the project was also relatively quick, so that helped avoid delays in the project. Really happy with the end product and when it comes to the amount of money these items can cost, it was reassuring to deal with an honest and professional firm, I have no hesitation in recommending them. Window wise completed a follow up appointment a few years after the initial installation to fix a faulty wheel. The visit was covered under their warranty of 10 years and there was obviously no charge and has fixed the issue!

Not good. Arranged an appointment to get a quote. The guy comes round and measures up and never sends the quote. I called to remind them but still no quote, Waste of time, Would not reccomend or use, If they cant even provide a quote after a visit.....Gods knows what their after sales support is like. Gone with an online company with good trust pilot reviews

We are return customers to Window Wise Trade with our first experience being buying 'Smart' aluminium windows and sliding doors for our rear extension in 2016. They did a great job then so we went back to them to get windows and doors for our loft conversion. Again we opted for their 'Smart' aluminium product but went for the tilt and turn doors with a glass Juliette balcony. These were installed in July 2020 and we are absolutely delighted with them. There is no doubt that the process was not quite as quick this time as it was with our first order, but when you consider the fact that we placed our order in the middle of lockdown, it is hardly surprising that there was a bit of a delay in getting all the components/fitters out to install them and we knew that would be the case. The most important thing is the quality of the finished product - that's why we went back to Window Wise and would recommend Alan and his team if you are after new windows.
