Have to say me and my husband was really disappointed in window to the womb😞. The Staff were so unfriendly, we have my mum in law who is Disabled, they wouldn't let us park outside, when we did get in we felt really Rushed they wanted us in and out. We payed £80 for a scan wasn't in there long at all. Didnt even hear our baby's heartbeat, they took so many pictures of the baby. When we come out we only got one picture we couldn't believe it. I will not be goin back. The only reason we used maidstone is because the King's Hills one was booked up. Next time I will wait, King's Hill you get longer, they are friendly, and you get 5 pictures of your baby. Also a lot more resalable price with plenty of parking. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Loved my gender scan at window to the womb today, kept my gender a secret for me for my reveal and was able to have our mums with us which was a lovely thing to experience together.

I would like to thank the team at Window to the Womb for their patience and understanding. We went for a 4D scan, however baby wouln't cooperate. They suggested I'd go for a walk, did some jumps, then another walk and so on. Had to be rescanned 4 times, however they were not happy with the quality of the pictures, so we were rebooked for another date. They could have easily given us substandart photos, however I could see that they do care and wanted us to be happy with the results as well. Everyone was very friendly and patient with us! Thank you once again and we will see you next mont for our rescan.

I Don’t normally write reviews but it’s bugging me so wanted to get off my chest. Firstly the receptionist is great very friendly and welcoming but our over all experience was very rushed and the scan pictures are terrible. our appointment was 1:30 we arrived at 1:16 and was turned away in the rain at the door and told to come back in 5 mins. When we got in we signed in and was in the scan room very quickly, 1:25 once in we was told the baby was laying in the wrong position, so my partner was told to do a little wiggle on the bed for like 3 seconds. when this failed she was then asked to do some jumps again for about 5-10 seconds max! once laid back down they said nope baby’s not moving and that was that!!! Surely they could have spent a little more time or knew some other professional movements/exercises that could have got the baby moving other than 13 seconds of jumps ? Anyway the main thing was they managed to tell what the gender was and kept it a secret for us so can’t fault that. Once out we went to choose our photos 2 which were included any others 3.50 each which I would have paid for them all but the photos were terrible so bad couldn’t barely tell it was a baby. Our hospital 12 week scan picture are so much more advanced and clear I don’t think the equipment used here is anywhere near to hospital standard. We paid £25 for a gender Bear with heart beat so in total £90 and we was back in the car within 15 mins we made a joke as was in sainsburys by 1:45 .. when booking this it’s supposed to be a 30 minute appointment we actually went here during covid for our other little girls scan as I wasn’t allowed go to the hospital and we felt less rushed. Over all I’d rate this place 5/10
