Discusting behavior the company vehicle hit and run my friend who was riding a motorcycle on mount pleasant he was in the bus lane (witch is legal) and the wmc vehicle cut across the his lane to make a turn no indication or anything, he then proceeded to pull away from the scene of the crime without giving details. If this is how they act this company needs shutting down.

Couldnt lock our door so the company came out to have a look, the guy rushed about and tried to fix it but couldnt, i told him it still wasnt locking but he just dashed off anyways and left us with an unlocked door overnight, complained and they came to fit a temp lock but nobody has come out since to rectify it properly, 1 light kick would put the door in.

Disgusting company, stay well clear of these cowboy’s. they have smashed my Landlords windows when they was only replacing the glass now my father is having to sort my windows out. They also tried going into my spare room without permission and my partner also got a splinter in his foot from them leaving glass and wood on my stairs/wood flooring. I will be taking this further with Bruce Ryan Homes because they have now ruined my windows but left my flat in a disgusting state!!!!!🤬🤬

Fitting is rushed and quality not great. After numerous attempts to get a fensa certificate from them, and being promised one, I have had to give up. Sick of chasing and being fed lies constantly. Really disappointing.
