We had a tilt and turn window that quit both tilting and turning. We couldn't even turn the handle, let alone close it and lock it. A drafty disaster in winter! Mike came out to fix it and did a great job – he was fast, sorted it immediately, and even took the time to explain where it had gone wrong. Would recommend to anyone needing window repair!

I had a pane of glass that was completely cracked down the middle and needed it fixing ASAP! The team at Windoor were incredibly professional, courteous and friendly! They took great care when moving items around and ensured that the task was finished to the highest quality. The task was a big one and they did not rush, taking time to ensure everything is accounted for. If you need ANY maintenance done, I would definitely recommend these guys. Thanks again guys! A review of a quotation, not done work. When I see a quotation like this...well. I had another fitter have a look, he said it needed a new handle - and had one in the van. Turns out the handle was fine, just the spindle needed replacing. The repair was done in 25 minutes, including the time to walk to the van and back. I'm glad no "new special order limited availability drive gear" or handle was needed... Have to give the quotation a 1* as it was 3 times the cost of the actual repair done by another firm.
