Quite possibly the WORST doctor’s surgery I’ve been registered with. I’ve called every morning for the last couple of weeks to try to get an appointment (I have bipolar disorder and have been really struggling with insomnia and intrusive thoughts), and even upon explaining this, I’m just told to call back the next day. Horrendous service. Do better.

Aside from the calling on a morning at 8am (which seems to be the same at all practises) I have never had an issue with getting an appointment. Staff are always extremely friendly and in my experience the doctors have been very helpful.

I've been at this practice for years & since it moved its impossible& a stupid game to ring at a certain time trying to beat every other sick person to get the teeny amount of appointments available. If you don't get one it's pure guesswork & can take weeks & weeks. Anyone needing cancer check ups or diabetes issues etc are not being seen to be referred. I am looking elsewhere. I rang today FIFTEEN minutes of just ringing phone

Probably the worst practice in Leeds not managed to see a doctor in years now you get fobbed off with telephone appointments... Don't call you all day then they try blaming your phone turns out they were typing in the wrong number despite having correct one on system and now I have to do it all again by calling or turning up early in the morning tomorrow for them to try again. Absolute joke and the end result will be them telling me to come in and see the doctor anyway what a waste of time

It is becoming more and more difficult to get any appointment here. I decided that I wanted to quit smoking on the 1/10/22, called into the surgery on Friday the 30/09/22 to try to get a prescription to assist me. I was told I needed to speak to a Doctor but the next available appointment would not be until 28/10/22, that is just a telephone appointment. I was then told to ring in on Monday Morning at 8.00 am. I did this at exactly 8.00 only to be told that I was number 13 in the queque. So my wife went into the surgery today @ 8.00 to be told that all phone appointment had gone for today and told to come in tomorrow. Can somebody please let me know do any Doctors work in this surgery and if they do what hours do they work? I am really disappointed with the level of service being provided from the surgery at the moment, bearing in mind that I am trying to do something the the Nurse's have trying to get me to do for years. I would like a response to this review and not just an automatic reply. just so I know that somebody does work there. Keith Connolly.

I am a single mum to a disabled daughter so unable To go to walk in centres, what are we supposed to do?? absolutely terrible servicesnew premises more rooms, bigger surgery but no appointments

I don't even know why do I bother calling them. Never have an appointment available for the day even if you call at 8:00. It's ridiculous. They recommend going to a walk-in center or emergency room. The reason you have a GP close to home is that you can just pop in without a big disruption to your schedule. I don't have time to wait in the walk-in center for 4 hours! Utterly ridiculous!!!
