I recently moved into this apartment building, and I couldn't be happier with the experience so far. The building is modern and well-maintained, with amenities such as a decently equipped gym and a comfortable social area. I would also like to mention the exceptional service of the concierge here, Khalid, who has been incredibly welcoming and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure that everything is taken care of. Windlass is a great place to live...close to the station, has an on site gym, flats are a great size, and the views of the canal from the balconies are lovely. The team on reception are really helpful...Jordan in particular is great...really friendly, always on hand to help out, and the social gatherings that they put on are a great way to build a community!

The apartment has great amenities and a short walk from the station. The resident team put on good events to create community spirit. Jordan in particular is extremely helpful. He’s really looked after me and there if I have any questions etc. The gym is good too and open 24 hours. I hope they bring back security and a weekend team as it just adds the extra bit of safety coming home late from work or out knowing someone is there is in reception only reason it’s a 4 and not 5

I have lived in Windlass apartments for over a year. It is only a 6-7 minute walk from the tube station with a retail park within 5 minutes away and the surroundings are quiet and convenient with great views. The flats are spacious and the building has great facilities which includes an on-site gym and concierge service. The staff are great too. Jordan has always been friendly and helpful and goes above and beyond for all the residents. Recently Khaled has joined and he has already made a great impact on the residents with his friendly nature and willing to help all residents. Nicole, the new manager has been helpful by answering and actioning queries in a timely manner. Overall, I would highly recommend living in the Windlass Apartment.
