Odd Jobs
Wouldn’t recommend these for help to anyone, rude on the phone. Family of 4 been having a problem with there Benefits, ring this so called charity up for help. Been saying for over a week they would call back but didn’t. It’s only there to bleed more tax payers money into their own pocket.

Really clicky place and not welcoming. Staff are unprofessional and insensitive. Do not make new people comfortable. They focus support on those that they associate with, rather than extending that to the wider community. Posts suggest they are offering help to many but then to be told to wait to the end as these offers are already allocated or ring fenced for certain people, shows they are just box ticking by offering this out on Facebook. Not open to constructive feedback and opinions not welcomed and if you challenge the ethos you are blocked from the page meaning that you are not able to access support even if you and your family require help. I live in the catchment area and as my local hub I find this really sad and it just shows the true extent of the favouritism and discrimination shown by this group.

Went for the food bags (£3 to fill a bag) all fresh foods. Staff lovely, don't feel I am frowned upon and embarrassed to say I can't afford much. Even better this visit as was shown the clothes for sale. (Fill a bag full for £1) so I got myself a skirt, jogging bottoms, jumper, trousers that will be good for work and shorts, as well as my 5 year old 2 skirts, leggings and dresses (size she is in now and next size up) 😀
