This place has come a very long way. From a tiny little store to a huge expansion and new premises. They sell high quality supplements brands but with a limited selection. They've become highly over priced. Customer service is now hit and miss in the new place. The very wrong assumption of some of the staff was that the client is ignorant and presented themselves as experts whereas their knowledge base was below average.

I applied for a position at the chiswick store and was invited for an interview, I though the interview went really well, liked the company and the owner seemed to be a down to earth. However since the interview, I never heard back from them, its been 3 months and they didn’t bothered to send me an email or call, I been to many interviews in the past and I always had been given a call or email. Very disappointed and unprofessional.
