Argh I’m so torn with this review, went into the shop, loved the bed and bought it. Lovely guy who sold me it. Was just the delivery that sooo disappointed the company! Won’t go into detail as rang the lovely owner and got it resolved but couldn’t stress enough to him to always just make sure the whole process is professional and followed through from purchase to delivery. Small / local businesses need us and that’s what we did, but please don’t let it fall at the last hurdle guys. Anyway I would still recommend Winders - just remember every sale counts no matter how big or small the purchase is. Customer service is key to run a business. Much love no hate. Just an honest feedback.
