Surprisingly really good. I looked at the other reviews and was a bit sceptical about this Gp practice but sign up anyway. It’s a bit hard to get an appointment, you have to have quick fingers, one time I called 15 minutes after the opening time and it was fully booked so I was offered appointment elsewhere. So far I was seen by few different doctors at this practice and I must say I’m really impressed. They were extremely helpful, I got the right medication and even the right amount of it. What also surprised me is the fact that the doctors I spoke to (3 in total)are really nice and understanding people 👍 The receptionists on the other hand are completely different story, rude. Overall would strongly recommend!!!!!!

Hate it wish there was another doctors been waiting for a prescription for my daughter milk it’s now been a week and run out to be told it’s not there fault! My daughter is 4weeks old and dairy intolerant which she’s been since birth and yet still not doing what they need to do.

Called in to drop a sample off I didn't know you put them in a box on side of the reception desk.2 receptionist where talking to the person in front of me.when my turn came I said I had a sample to drop off and was just waved to where the box was which I thought was quite rude.

I have been a patient here for a long time and never really had cause to complain until recently..On one occasion i tried to call at 8 as advised. 273 times I called that number only to be told when I finally got through, there were no appointments left.This week I needed to speak to a doctor quite urgently and was told this wasn't possible, but I could either pre book for an appt 6 weeks away or see someone at the flowers medical centre, I said I wanted to see someone from my own practice. I asked the rude receptionist to put a note on my records to say I had called,I did this due to mental health issues to show I had reached out to someone. I was told a while ago I could always speak to a GP under these circumstances , that is a joke .surely after all this time you would think it would be back to normal service. I was also told a referral had been made for me to jessops, this was a couple of months ago and I havent heard a thing
