I urgently needed a non standard washer for my shower head, so I visited Winchmore Plumbing for the first time ever this morning I know that it's these little items that are a pain for any shop because it takes a while to sort out and costs next to nothing, so I wasn't expecting much help, however, I was pleased to be proved wrong. The guy behind the counter was extremely helpful. He must have gone through 6 or 7 boxes of O rings in order to find a couple that were the closest match. When I get home from work I will find out if they fit but the fact he did everything he could to help me spoke volumes about the service they provide. I will definitely be visiting them again when I have a proper plumbing requirement Keep up the great customer service

A fantastic bathroom and kitchen showroom and plumbers' supply merchant next door. Tina was particularly knowledgeable and friendly in the showroom and prices were very competitive and sometimes cheaper compared to online stores. A well thought out choice of stock which was modern, chic and boutique hotel standard eg Burlington wash stands and well worth a visit to Winchmore Hill. The sooner the company's website is updated and people can order online the better. A very underrated store.
