I have been going to Winchester Pilates since April. Nick has been teaching us the melt method which I personally believe everyone needs in their lives. It’s a form of superficial myofacial self massage and release techniques which can be performed in a class or even at home in front of the Tv. I’ve started to do it at lunchtime between clinics and really noticing the reduction in muscular pain and improved mobility. Nick’s knowledge and passion is very obvious and always has up to date nuggets of pure gold. The studio has a lovely feel to it and everyone makes you feel very welcome. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I've been attending classes here for 6 months and this really is a little gem for Pilates if you live in Winchester. The instructors are not only experienced but are attentive and focused on developing every single student, regardless of your level. The focus is very much on teaching. It's not the cheapest option but if you are looking for expert teaching and a friendly, welcoming environment I would really recommend it.
