Useless and misleading job centre. They might only help who is poor and have nothing, all the others without work can wait to become poor so then they can say they have helped you somehow. Waste of time, don't go there enjoy life and ask other people that can give u work soon. These job centres only ask u how much u have in the bank and mislead u to ask for benefits before offering a job. Job centre means "job and work" not benefits!

Completely disorganised. Gone are the days of a regular appointment every fortnight that you can budget for, they just randomly dump appointment dates on you with a few days notice, with no regard to individual payment cycles or travel circumstances. Gone too are the days of having a single work coach assigned, you just get a new one every appointment and you have to spend the entire appointment getting them up to speed with your circumstances. Then they make all sorts of promises to help you back into work which never materialise. Are they quitting? Are they being mismanaged? Are they just treating it as training? Who knows.

Bloody illogical staff going by what's written down and not by people's individual circumstances. If I could give no stars I would!. 🤬

The place is do dated and unwelcoming and hardly any staff. However my case manager for universal credit was amazing (10/10). The security staff looked very bored and I'm not entirely sure why they need them ( x 3) it really does give an imitating atmosphere and I wouldn't want to walk in and look for a job because its very dull and sparse. If you want to get people back to work then maybe have a more friendly trendy approach 🤔
