The flat was ok, small but it had all the necessary to stay for a few days. Unfortunately, the host arbitrary decided to return less money from the deposit claiming that the flat was not clean when we left. I requested proof of this (clear pictures) however the images sent couldn't clearly demonstrate it neither had information about what date/time the pictures had been taken. I would have expected the host to be more professional and to communicate with us straight away after attending the flat, send clear/fair images and we would have simply agreed for them to retain the deposit if necessary. The attitude/way the host dealt with the situation wasn't professional, therefore, we will be staying somewhere else next time.

We have such fond memories of our stay here. The barn is gorgeous -just the right size for the four of us, and beautifully done up. It has a little garden in front, full of flowers in spring, with a table and chairs for al fresco meals when the weather permits. And the location is great, a short stroll from fields and the perfect pooh-stick river. Caroline was very helpful and accommodating, and we'd come back here in a heartbeat. Thank you guys for making a special time in our lives (we'd just had our second baby) an idyllic little bubble x
